Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
